MNC Hiring: Technical Support Engineer – International Voice Support

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Evening Shift (Starting 5 PM onwards)

Open Positions: 5

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers to provide high-quality technical assistance to global customers. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, and system-related issues while delivering excellent customer experience through international voice support.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose issues related to RAM, HDD/SSD, Display, and Motherboard
  • Identify boot failures, hardware malfunctions, and performance issues
  • Guide users in hardware diagnostics and component checks
  • Provide technical support to international customers via voice
  • Troubleshoot hardware, graphics, and system-related issues
  • Diagnose problems related to Windows, Linux, and Mac environments
  • Assist customers with software installations, device issues, and system performance
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams when required
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills

  • International Voice Support experience (mandatory)
  • Hardware troubleshooting experience (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of Operating Systems (Windows / Linux / Mac)
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
