Queensville Dental – Queensville, ON
$30–$36/hour, based on experience
4 or 5 days/week | Monday to Friday | No weekends
Queensville Dental is a growing family dentistry office in the rapidly expanding community of Queensville. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable dental professional to join our team in a leadership-level administrative role.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience as a Dental Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Senior Dental Administrator, or experienced dental office team member who is comfortable managing both the business and patient-care coordination side of a dental office.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, support the team, improve systems, and help keep the office running smoothly. This is not an entry-level receptionist position.
Responsibilities
- Treatment coordination and case presentation
- Discussing treatment plans, estimates, payment options, and financial arrangements with patients
- Dental insurance coordination, claims, predeterminations, and follow-up
- Scheduling and optimizing the daily and weekly schedule
- Collecting payments and assisting with accounts receivable
- Supply ordering, inventory management, and office purchasing
- Supporting staff communication, office systems, and day-to-day workflow
- Looking for ways to improve office efficiency, patient experience, and practice growth
- Helping maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is:
- Highly organized, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experienced in dental administration, treatment coordination, or dental office management
- Comfortable discussing treatment, insurance, finances, and scheduling with patients
- Able to manage multiple priorities without constant direction
- Positive, professional, and team-focused
- A strong communicator with excellent patient service skills
- Interested in taking ownership and being an important part of the office
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3+ years of dental administration experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance coordination
- Experience with treatment coordination and patient financial discussions
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
- Previous Dental Office Manager or Treatment Coordinator experience
- AbelDent experience
- RecallMax experience
- Certified Dental Assistant background or dental assisting experience
A Certified Dental Assistant background is a strong asset. This is not a dental assisting role, but ideally this person would be comfortable occasionally assisting clinically if needed when the main dental assistant is away.
Schedule
We are open to either 4 or 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
No weekends.
Compensation
$30–$36/hour, based on experience, skill set, and fit for the role.
