As a Resident Research Associate, you will report to the Research Manager while working alongside the QI Lead and principal investigators. Your efforts will support residents in their QI and research projects and organize essential events like the Primary Care Research Day conference and research teaching sessions. You'll also support faculty research through grant proposals and ongoing project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate residents' Quality Improvement and research initiatives
- Coordinate the annual Primary Care Research Day
- Organize and lead research training for residents
- Assist in grant applications for faculty projects
- Support comprehensive data analysis and research projects
Requirements
- Experience with research analysis and methodologies
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with residents
- Willingness to travel to affiliated DFM locations
- Commitment to enhancing primary care education and research
