About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled UAV System Test Lead (Aerospace QA V&V) to build, set up, and spearhead the complete testing ecosystem for our cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems. You will own the validation pipeline, transitioning systems smoothly through software, hardware, and integration testing phases to ensure flight worthiness.

In this leadership role, you will define the testing strategy, build robust target environments, and guide a specialized team to verify complex avionics architectures against strict international aerospace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment Setup: Architect and set up robust embedded testing environments from scratch, including complex hardware brenches and automated pipelines.
• End-to-End Testing: Lead Blackbox, Functional, and System-level testing across all phases of flight control and payload systems.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a technical team of testing engineers, reviewing test execution plans, test cases, and artifact compliance.
• Compliance Frameworks: Ensure all validation procedures tightly align with system safety and software lifecycle processes.

Required Skill Set & Qualifications

• Testing Methodologies: Deep hands-on experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Rig Testing, SIR, and MIR.
• Aerospace Standards: Strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks including DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754, ARP4761, and DO-330.
• Technical Core: Functional understanding of C/C++ code bases to effectively design real-time test parameters and capture blackbox behavior.
• Background: 5+ years of dedicated experience strictly within the Aerospace, Avionics, or UAV sectors.
