The role will include:

• Leading the product, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and product roll-out for an agile/dev-ops based product
• Working closely with Design and Program Management teams in an agile environment to deliver products to market
• Aligning and influencing stakeholders and resources globally

Skills

• Expert in managing major products
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in delivery of new products or services
• Ability to present complex information concisely through written/verbal communication
• Advanced people leadership skills, including developing others
• Strong systems and application delivery ability

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management (Agile products), Brand Management, or a related field.
• Experience defining market and product requirements and partnering with IT to deliver impactful solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to shape product strategy within your area of ownership.
• Develop product plans based on market needs and manage product launches using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Define and support deployment and change management plans, including training, communications, and adoption strategies.
• Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features and track performance metrics to drive adoption and optimization.
• Build business cases, define success metrics, prioritize initiatives, and track overall business results.
• Manage project priorities, planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Program Management, and cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmaps and deliver product releases.
