SAP Consultant (Data Archiving)

Title: SAP Data Archiving Specialist –

Contract: 6 months plus multiple extensions

Location: Remote with a few onsite visits

Requirements

• Experienced in estimating the size of archivable data that will help reduce the system size in the next phase and improve the system performance
• Experienced in analyzing database growth, top tables by size/growth, data aging characteristics, and SAP archiving candidates to quantify archivable vs active data.
• Must be proficient in defining recommended archiving objects, retention considerations, and a practical roadmap (what to archive before conversion vs after go-live).
• Identify technical data reduction candidates that can be purged or archived safely.
