Role Overview
Be the backbone of client and business operations, ensuring seamless service delivery within Quantum Global’s RCBI and EB5 advisory framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, documentation, and communication.
- Guide clients through EB5 application steps, due diligence, document submission, and followups with agencies
- Monitor application milestones, deadlines, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at every step.
- Run due diligence on projects for financial viability and build financial models to assess risk and returns.
- Update internal CRM or case management tools, ensuring transparency and clarity on case status.
- Support logistics for client events or sessions—including materials, invitations, and client inquiries for Dubai-based or regional presentations.
- Generate reports on case status, timelines, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and EA teams to maintain cohesive operations.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in a business support or client case management role within immigration or residency-by-investment services.
- Familiarity with EB5 application processes or similar immigration pathways.
- Detail-oriented, excellent followup skills, and strong client communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems; multilingual ability preferred.
