What You’ll Do

• Install &/ or Service HVAC systems (AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, RTUs, ductless)
• Perform piping, brazing, soldering, and hydronic system work
• Lead job sites and support junior technicians
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC and piping issues
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and on time

What You Need

• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lead jobs and work independently

Work Environment

• Active, hands-on role (lifting, climbing, job site work)
• Overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
