Position: Salesforce Developer
Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec would be preferred.
Workplace flexibility: We require a minimum attendance of 2 days/week in HQ office.

What would be your main responsibilities as a Salesforce Developer?
Salesforce Administration & Development:
- Manage Salesforce configuration, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Implement and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data governance.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and flows to support business operations.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
- Apply source control (Git) and CI/CD best practices to manage development, deployments, and release processes across environments.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Participate in Salesforce community events and networking opportunities.
- Identify and implement improvements to the Salesforce platform and processes.
Project Management and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in project planning, provide estimates, and deliver solutions on time.
- Work closely with other developers, administrators, and consultants to implement cohesive solutions.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical team members and stakeholders.
What are the requirements needed to have success in this position?:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant technology-focused degree
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Mulesoft Developer, Platform App Builder, Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist, Agentforce Specialist) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development including a proven strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Experience with integration tools and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of additional commercial applications like ERP or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Experience with Sales Cloud is a must-have.
- Experience with Experience Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot) is an asset.
- MuleSoft experience is an asset.
- Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment and asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bilingual (French/English) would be preferred for this position.

Compensation Information:
The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $73,400 to $114,700. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and full benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

In accordance with the Charter of the French language (Law 101), fluency in French is required for this position. Given the nature of the responsibilities and frequent interactions with partners and teams located elsewhere in Canada and internationally, intermediate knowledge of English is necessary.
