The Quadfence Vision Quadfence is an agile startup building advanced patient acquisition ecosystems for dental clinics. We bridge the gap between high-level patient psychology and creative marketing precision using high-end cloud engineering. We are seeking a rare "hybrid" professional: an expert with the artistic eye to design compelling ads, the strategic vision to manage multi-channel budgets, and the analytical brain to dissect exactly why they convert.
The Work
Split (40/40/20) To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable balancing your time across three distinct pillars:
- 40% Marketing & Creative: Ad design (Meta/Display), HTML5 creation, and trust-based content writing.
- 40% Data Analysis: Dissecting performance in GSC, GA4, and CallRail to pivot budgets and strategy.
- 20% Web/Technical Skill: Managing Firebase-hosted landing pages, HTML/CSS tweaks, and A/B testing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities1.
Creative
Strategy & Design (The "Artistic Eye") - Multi-Platform Ad Creation: Design high-converting visual assets and persuasive copy for Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads Manager).
- Interactive Display Ads: Utilize Google Web Designer to build responsive, high-impact HTML5 ads for the Google Display Network (GDN).
- Patient-Centric Content: Write authoritative, trust-based copy specifically tailored for the dental industry (Implants, Orthodontics, etc.). 2.
Technical
Execution & A/B Testing (The "Conversion Engine") - Landing Page Ownership: Build and maintain mobile-first landing pages hosted on Firebase.
- Frontend Execution: Apply HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills to implement tracking pixels, optimize layouts, and improve page load speeds.
- Experimental Rigor: Conduct continuous A/B and multivariate tests (headlines, CTAs, user flows) to maximize conversion rates.
- Search Intelligence: Apply a thorough understanding of Google Crawlers, technical SEO, and indexability to ensure static pages dominate local search results.
- Data Analysis & Dissection (The "Analytical Brain") - Full-Funnel Audits: Monitor and adjust campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display), Facebook, and Instagram.
- Insight Extraction: Use GA4 and Google Search Console (GSC) to identify user friction points and drop-off zones.
- Attribution & Research: Leverage CallRail for lead attribution and SEMrush for competitive intelligence and keyword strategy.
Requirements & Skills - The Hybrid Edge: You are a marketer who can read and write code. Proficiency in HTML/CSS is essential for landing page management and technical SEO.
- Tool Stack Mastery: Expert-level use of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and CallRail.
- HTML5 Design: Documented experience using Google Web Designer.
- Startup DNA: You are a disciplined self-starter who hits milestones without supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Global Collaboration: Must be available for daily syncs with the Project Lead in Texas (US Central Time). This requires professional-level English and effective time-zone management.
Mandatory Portfolio Guidelines
Quadfence values evidence over claims. Your application must include a link to a digital portfolio or folder containing:
- Creative (40%): Live links or video captures of HTML5 Display Ads (GWD) and Meta ad creatives.
- Analytical (40%): Redacted case studies or reports (Semrush/GA4/GSC/CallRail) demonstrating budget optimization and ROI growth.
- Technical (20%): Links to live Landing Pages you have modified or built, where we can inspect code quality and SEO implementation.
