Qorali have partnered with a Canadian based expanding company who have a fast‑paced setting, as the Applications Manager where you can influence process, solution design, and continuous improvement?

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Application Manager to lead, enhance, and optimise our Business Central environment. This is a pivotal role overseeing system performance, solution development, governance, and process improvements across the full manufacturing and distribution lifecycle.

You will act as the internal product owner for D365 Business Central, working closely with our clients stakeholders, power users, and their MS Partner to ensure the platform delivers maximum value. All applicants MUST HAVE implementation experience with D365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Oversee full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and integrations across manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and distribution operations.
  • Own the D365 BC roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Manage system configuration, permission sets, workflow automation, and functional enhancements.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and translate requirements into robust Business Central solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through best practice, optimisation, and modernisation initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, developers, and implementation teams.
  • Provide hands‑on support, troubleshooting, and training to internal users.
  • Ensure governance, data integrity, and compliance within the system environment.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as a D365 Business Central Application Manager, Functional Consultant, Analyst, or Product Owner.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end D365 BC implementations, especially within manufacturing and distribution sectors.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing modules (MRP, Production Orders, BOMs, Routing) and distribution/warehouse processes (WMS, inventory, logistics).
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and third‑party add-ons.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimisation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
