QBurst is transforming its business with a new AI-led vision, and we are seeking a Senior Analytics Specialist to drive analytics-led marketing strategies, consult with global clients, and influence business outcomes. This role requires strong expertise in web and mobile analytics, digital marketing measurement, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and manage multiple analytics projects while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and provide consultation on analytics implementation for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics implementation and reporting with business goals.
- Define client objectives and establish relevant KPIs to measure success.
- Collect, analyze, and report data on user behavior, traffic, conversions, campaigns, and performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards using tools like Looker Studio by integrating data from multiple sources.
- Monitor performance trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Manage multiple internal and client projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all analytics initiatives.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate A/B tests for conversion rate optimization.
- Assess new requirements and provide accurate effort estimations.
Requirements
- Google Analytics certified professional with 4+ years of experience in analytics and reporting.
- Strong expertise in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Firebase.
- Experience with marketing data integrations and familiarity with tools like Heap and Mixpanel (preferred).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
- Experience in implementing tracking via GTM SDKs, MMPs, or CDPs.
- Proven expertise in user journey mapping, conversion tracking, and trend analysis.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Supermetrics, Google Ads, Google Optimize, or Hotjar (preferred).
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and act as a trusted advisor to clients and teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and approaches.
