As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Required Skills
-2-3years of experience as Microsoft Exchange Online administrator in complex enterprise environments.
-Goodexpertisewith Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and with PowerShell scripting in relation to MS365.
-Experience with the following technologies: Active Directory, Azure services, Power Automate, Authentication services (SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, LDAP, MFA, …) and Google Workspace.
Soft skills (incl. language)
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end-users
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
-Meticulous attention to detail and ability to provide well-documented records
-Self-driven to stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in ServiceNow

Responsibilities
- Youoperate, monitor, and supervise Messaging and Collaboration Services in the cloud.
- You localize,isolateand fix malfunctions, in addition you give impulses for technical avoidance and/or escalation procedures.
- You help with conception, design and architecture, project realization,implementationand operation of innovative business solutions usingstate-of-the-arttechnologies.
- You work together with a team of experts in an open and caring environment where we value feedback culture.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
