PUSH is growing and looking to add a Sr. Specialist, Media Orchestration to our Media team.

At PUSH, Specialist, Media Orchestration is empowered to contribute ideas, make recommendations, and play an active role in how client strategies evolve. You will work closely with senior leaders, media specialists, and creative partners in a nimble, independent agency environment that values curiosity, accountability, and forward thinking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development of tactical digital media recommendations, by working with the Head of Media Decisioning.
  • Actively execute and manage campaigns from brief to fruition across specific digital channels relevant to a client’s business, with oversight from the department head
  • Keenly observe, track, and analyze data campaign activity.
  • Pace budgets and platforms simultaneously while reconciling all media spends at the end of each month
  • Collaborate with leadership team on strategy and coordinate campaign benchmarks, projections, and success metrics based on latest campaign data.
  • Proactively collaborate on operational briefs with various media activation teams (internal, satellite, and third party)
  • Create and manage client-facing reporting documents that are insightful and easy to read
  • Actively evolve and implement higher standards, relevant best practices, smarter policies, and efficient procedures

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Years of experience (aligns with the level associated with this role)

  • 1-2 years of work in performance media, specifically with paid search, display, social, video and ecommerce
  • Proven implementation and successful management of paid media and other online marketing campaigns
  • Reporting and insights skills are important, Data Studio or Power BI and experience with other reporting platforms
  • Operational experience coordinating campaigns among teams and experts
  • Previous work with bid management, scripts, plugins, attribution analysis, and audience segmentation is an asset
  • Meta, TikTok certifications

Preferred Qualifications

Google and Amazon certifications are an asset
