Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a core platform engineering team responsible for building and evolving foundational systems. This role is suited for engineers who are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working on complex technical challenges in a fast-evolving environment.

You will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of critical platform software, collaborate closely with other senior engineers, and take ownership of projects from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

Examples of work you may support include:

• Designing and improving deployment strategies for restricted or disconnected environments
• Building systems for stress testing, benchmarking, and release validation
• Developing internal tooling for code quality, static analysis, and vulnerability detection
• Designing and implementing scalable, reliable platform services
• Supporting performance analysis, debugging, and system health monitoring
• Collaborating across engineering teams to define architecture and technical standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Go, C/C++, Rust, or Java
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing and code quality practices
• Experience with infrastructure, platform, or DevOps-related projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design efforts and deliver production systems
• Experience working with large-scale systems, performance analysis, or complex debugging
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to system reliability and maintainability
