So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.</p></div><p><strong></strong></p> <h4>THE ROLE</h4> <p>As a<strong>&nbsp;Logistics Coordinator,</strong> you will ensure our high-priority Enterprise reserve accounts receive world-class service by orchestrating seamless end-to-end logistics operations. You will act as the critical link between global vendors and internal stakeholders, transforming complex shipping and inventory challenges into reliable delivery outcomes. By managing regional escalations and driving data-backed improvements, you’ll directly impact Everpure’s ability to meet rigorous customer commitments.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Own Enterprise Success</strong>:&nbsp;Act as the primary point of contact and escalation lead for Enterprise Reserve Accounts, ensuring all parts and field engineer dispatches meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li> <li><strong>Drive Operational Excellence</strong>:&nbsp;Lead the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process by analyzing logistics failures and collaborating with vendors to implement permanent standards that prevent recurrence.</li> <li><strong>Advance Data-Driven Decisions</strong>:&nbsp;Synthesize data from SAP and ServiceNow to publish performance metrics and trend reports that guide regional logistics strategy and vendor management.</li> <li><strong>Optimize Systems and Tools</strong>:&nbsp;Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for dispatch tools, aiding in the development, testing, and deployment of system enhancements to improve global support operations.</li> <li><strong>Enable Stakeholder Alignment:</strong>&nbsp;Partner across the Supply Chain and GSLM teams to document and roll out new logistics policies, ensuring global consistency in how we deliver for our customers.</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT YOU BRING</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong>3+ years of experience in Global Logisti</li> <li><strong>Logistics Expertise:</strong>&nbsp;Proven ability to manage complex global logistics operations, including inventory coordination, vendor management, and meeting high-stakes customer SLAs.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Problem Solving:</strong>&nbsp;Proficiency in using enterprise tools (such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce) and data platforms (Excel or SQL) to identify business trends and execute data-driven solutions.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Communication:</strong>&nbsp;Skill in navigating cross-functional organizations and managing high-pressure escalations with both external logistics providers and internal leadership.</li> <li><strong>Operational Agility:</strong>&nbsp;A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining extreme attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location: </strong>We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#LI-ONSITE</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
