Senior Executive /Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SVP (Small Volume Parenteral) machines to ensure smooth production.
• Lead and coordinate activities of all 5 SVP lines during the shift.
• Handle operation and basic maintenance of utility systems and production equipment.
• Minimize rejection and downtime by troubleshooting machine and utility issues.
• Ensure product quality as per defined standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and execute preventive maintenance activities for machines.
• Optimize consumption of utilities, granules, and energy for cost efficiency.
• Ensure safety of personnel and equipment at all times.
• Maintain strict discipline and cleanliness in cleanroom areas as per GMP guidelines.
• Record all operational data, readings, and activities in logbooks and BPCR accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in SVP (Small Volume Parenteral).
