Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Asst. Producer with a strong understanding of the production lifecycle—from budgeting and scheduling to managing on-ground execution and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate must have a solid grasp of both production and post-production workflows, and be capable of handling fast-paced branded content projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Scheduling: Prepare accurate budgets and realistic production schedules; manage cost control and negotiate with vendors.
• Pre-Production Planning: Collaborate with directors, producers, and department heads to finalize logistics, locations, crew, equipment, and timelines.
• Team & Crew Management: Hire and manage freelance/contractual crew; supervise production coordinators and on-set staff.
• On-Ground Execution: Ensure smooth operations during shoots; troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Post-Production Coordination: Liaise with editors, VFX, sound, and color teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure contracts, permits, insurance, releases, and documentation are in place for every shoot.
• Vendor & Resource Management: Maintain a strong network of vendors, freelancers, and rental houses for various production needs.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Line Producer in branded content, advertising, or digital video production.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost management skills.
• Deep understanding of production and post-production workflows.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong network of vendors, crew, and production resources.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and production management tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, insurance, and legal documentation related to shoots.
• Should be willing to travel within India or Abroad and hence should have a valid passport.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agency-led or brand-direct production environments.
• Prior experience working on PPMs, tech scouts, and client-led productions.
• Familiarity with remote shoot coordination and digital asset management.
