<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong><br>Join a developing service focused on supporting young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Neglect, Abuse, and Trauma (NAT). This role aims to improve psychological well-being and facilitate reunification with family environments through structured, evidence-based interventions.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver specialist psychological assessments and interventions for young people and families.</li>
<li>Provide individual and group therapy sessions over 9–18 months using a range of psychological approaches.</li>
<li>Develop treatment formulations based on thorough diagnostic assessments within a structured framework.</li>
<li>Offer specialist consultation to staff, supporting therapeutic approaches and care planning.</li>
<li>Act as keyworker, reviewing care plans and coordinating TAC meetings.</li>
<li>Assess and monitor risk, implementing appropriate risk management plans.</li>
<li>Work flexibly across community settings, residential homes, and virtual platforms as part of a hybrid model.</li>
