Consultant Psychiatrist - Eating Disorders

<p></p> <p data-start="151" data-end="438">A specialist healthcare service is seeking to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the team within an Eating Disorder inpatient unit. This is a part-time on-site position (30 hours across three days per week) with a salary of £170,000–£180,000 per year (£136,000–£144,000 pro rata).</p> <p data-start="440" data-end="777">You will be supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including specialist nurses, psychologists, dietitians, occupational therapists, and other professionals experienced in eating disorder care. The team works collaboratively to provide personalised, evidence-based treatment within a well-established and supportive environment.</p> <p data-start="779" data-end="1197">The hospital is a leading independent facility, rated ‘Good’ by regulators, and offers expert care for general psychiatric conditions, addictions, and an accredited eating disorder service. Set within peaceful, landscaped grounds, it provides a calm therapeutic environment for patients and staff. using a personalised and evidence-based approach to help individuals move toward a healthier and more fulfilling future.</p> <p data-start="1423" data-end="1462">Your key responsibilities will include:</p> <ul data-start="1464" data-end="2079"> <li data-start="1464" data-end="1582"> <p data-start="1466" data-end="1582">Acting as Consultant and Responsible Clinician, leading patient care planning and multidisciplinary collaboration.</p> </li> <li data-start="1583" data-end="1728"> <p data-start="1585" data-end="1728">Assessing and managing complex cases, chairing MDT and CPA meetings, and liaising closely with patients, families, and external stakeholders.</p> </li> <li data-start="1729" data-end="1859"> <p data-start="1731" data-end="1859">Providing clinical leadership alongside the Ward Manager and ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="1860" data-end="1949"> <p data-start="1862" data-end="1949">Contributing to governance, data-end="2620"> <p data-start="2509" data-end="2620">Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</p> </li> <li data-start="2621"
