Job Description: Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and preempt political and regulatory changes (e.g., new environmental regulations, data localization requirements, trade barriers) that may lead to increased costs, supply chain disruptions, or shifts in the competitive landscape for commercial enterprises. 2. Conduct tracking and analysis of legislative developments, political shifts, and regulatory policies in key countries/regions (e.g., the United States, European Union) relevant to the client’s business footprint. Perform comparative studies of public policy differences across markets, propose region-specific business adaptation strategies, and identify optimal investment pathways. 3. Provide policy interpretation and public affairs advice to business units (e.g., market, legal, sustainability departments). Offer policy due diligence and scenario analysis for mergers and acquisitions, major investments, and business roadmap development. Assess the long-term impact of political stability and policy trends in target markets on investment returns. Requirements: Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree or above in Business, Public Policy, International Relations, International Trade, Economics, or related fields. 2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business policy research/public affairs within multinational corporations, international organizations, think tanks, or consulting firms. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality policy reports and materials. 4. Strong understanding of legislative and policy-making processes across different political systems and cultural contexts, with the ability to distill complex information effectively. 5. Proficiency in English as a working language. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is a plus. Benefits: 1.
