Transform lifecycle communications as a Marketing Manager. Utilize email, SMS, and push strategies to enhance long-term retention for a superior member experience. This dynamic role requires a candidate with 3-4 years of lifecycle or CRM marketing expertise.
You will work alongside the Head of Lifecycle Marketing to execute and analyze campaigns using Iterable. Your focus on data-informed decisions and strategic experimentation will improve member interactions and drive retention from day one. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute lifecycle campaigns across various channels
- Lead key lifecycle moments like feature education
- Partner with design, product, and CX teams on messaging
- Perform thorough QA on campaigns for effectiveness
- Support A/B testing for continuous improvement Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing
- Hands-on with Iterable or comparable tools
- Strong skills in triggered messaging and personalization
- Detail-oriented with excellent QA capabilities
