Job Description

To manage the daily business and operational functions of healthcare facilities. Ensure hospitals run smoothly, allowing medical staff to focus entirely on patient care. By coordinating departments, managing budgets, and implementing policies, they ensure the facility delivers high-quality, efficient, and compliant care. Daily responsibilities typically include:

  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and scheduling medical and administrative staff, as well as conducting performance evaluations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all hospital procedures align with local health laws, safety codes, and industry accreditation standards.
  • Operational Strategy: Creating short- and long-term goals for hospital improvement and upgrading health services based on facility data.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Acting as a bridge between doctors, nurses, human resources, IT, and investors or boards of directors

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
