Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.

Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.

Occasional field installation support. A few one-week trips per year to be expected.

Area clean-up support.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Fitness for special background investigation (SBI).

Demonstrated knowledge and ability in:

Setting up remote user access.

Supporting networked printers and photocopiers.

Facilitation and change management skills.

Ability to work as part of a team.
