Role Title:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno Functional Consultant
Role Purpose:
A Techno-Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) with Power Platform expertise requires a blend of technical and business acumen, focusing on implementing, customizing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 BC and leveraging Power Platform tools for business process automation and reporting.
Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
· Dynamics 365 BC Implementation and Customization:
· Configure and customize Dynamics 365 BC modules (e.g., finance, sales, inventory) to meet specific business needs.
· Develop and implement custom solutions and extensions within Dynamics 365 BC.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 BC functionality.
· Power Platform Integration and Development:
· Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate flows to extend Dynamics 365 BC functionality.
· Leverage Power BI to create dashboards and reports for business insights.
· Manage and maintain Power Platform solutions within the Dynamics 365 BC environment.
· Business Process Analysis and Optimization:
· Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using Dynamics 365 BC and Power Platform.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Document and maintain Dynamics 365 BC and Power Platform solutions.
· Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 BC and Power Platform solutions to ensure quality and stability.
o Identify and resolve defects and issues during the testing phase.
o Training and Support:
· Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization.
Minimum Requirement:
· Graduate/Post Graduate- B.Tech/M.Tech
· 5 years of experience
· Dynamics NAV 2013R2/2016/2017/ D365BC Job Experience
Mandatory Key Skills & Knowledge:
· Working with Product Management, NAV Consultants, Project Managers, and others on preparing estimates and Custom Development.
· The ability to scope out work, manage and in some cases delegate and oversee other developers work. Quality control and testing.
· Extensive experience in project estimation, evaluation, liaison with client & project Design, Configure, development, deployment, installation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC / NAV
