Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Executive position based in Dadri. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, cultivating and managing relationships with media and influencers, drafting press releases and pitches, monitoring media coverage, and organizing press events. They will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure their communication goals are effectively met, while also supporting brand positioning and audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in crafting compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials
  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategic public relations campaigns and managing media relations
  • Experience in event planning and coordination for PR and media initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists, media contacts, and influencers
  • Proficiency in market research, analytics, and monitoring media coverage for effective reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique ideas and approaches for client campaigns
  • Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a Public Relations role, preferably in an agency setting, is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
