Job Title: Accounts In-Charge / Senior Accounts

Role Overview

Manage end-to-end accounts, receivables, compliance, and MIS reporting while ensuring financial accuracy and control.

1. Accounts Receivable & Credit Control

• Evaluate customer credit, outstanding, and approve orders within defined limits
• Track receivables, follow-ups, and control overdue with timely escalation

2. Billing & Sales Coordination

• Ensure accurate invoicing as per PO, dispatch, and supporting documents
• Handle sales returns, discrepancies, and coordinate with sales/transport teams

3. MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS (contribution, debtors ageing, order vs dispatch)
• Provide insights on profitability and variances

4. Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, TCS)

• Manage GST, TDS/TCS filings, reconciliations, and statutory deadlines
• Handle notices and coordinate with consultants for compliance

5. Accounts & Financial Control

• Monitor stock reconciliation, P&L, and cash flow planning
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and approval-controlled processes

6. Audit & Compliance Support

• Support audits with required data and resolve queries
• Ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations

7. Process & Data Management

• Maintain accurate records of customers, invoices, and transactions
• Track payment discrepancies and ensure timely resolution

Key Skills

• Strong in Accounts, GST, TDS, MIS & Tally, Experience in manufacturing company is must
• Good analytical, coordination & follow-up skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
