Associate Manager - Admin ( Physical Security and Facilities )

Role & responsibilities

• TL/AM Physical and Environmental Security
• Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and other relevant parties.
• Analytical skills: Capability to assess security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, as well as to evaluate environmental impact and devise sustainable solutions.
• Leadership and management skills: Experience leading teams, managing projects, and coordinating security efforts across multiple locations or departments.
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with security systems, surveillance technology, access control systems, and environmental monitoring equipment.
• Problem-solving skills: Aptitude for identifying security vulnerabilities and developing proactive solutions, as well as addressing environmental compliance issues.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations: Understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to physical security, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and related areas.
