Immediate Hiring — NOC Engineer / Network Engineer | Ahmedabad (Night Shift)
ProTech ITS is hiring for the position of NOC Engineer and is looking for immediate joiners with 1–2 years of experience.
Job Description
▪ Strong knowledge of network devices such as switches, bridges, wireless controllers, and access points, along with overall network infrastructure
▪ Understanding of router configuration, firewall policies, and port forwarding to maintain secure and reliable connectivity.
▪ Strong understanding of network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
▪ Good analytical skills to identify root causes of recurring network issues.
▪ Experience coordinating with onsite technicians to resolve connectivity and infrastructure-related incidents.
▪ Ability to manage escalations professionally and communicate clear updates to clients and internal teams.
▪ Confident in handling live technical calls with international clients and providing real-time troubleshooting support.
▪ Comfortable working night shifts and handling critical situations independently.
▪ Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CCNA will be considered an advantage.
