Tax & Accounting Manager

Seeking highly competent EA or CPA with at least 3 years of Tax Manager Experience to become part of our elite organization as part of our international team.

Job qualifications/responsibilities

You'll be with our tax team to help them drive efficiencies, develop their skillsets, perform strategic decisions for tax elections, and ensure that work reflects the clients' activities and tax strategies. Activities include:

• Evaluating impact & reporting of advanced tax reduction strategies
• Connecting with US clients on tax preparation requests and procedures
• Assisting senior manager in reviewing and assigning returns
• Monitoring workflow, and creating efficiencies in tax workflows
• Undergoing continuous professional education
• Coaching staff and providing feedback
• Evaluating workflows and opportunities for process improvement

Must have:

• CPA or EA License - will be verified
• At least some Internship Experience in Tax
