We are building the future of small business and simplifying cashflow by building a leading platform that helps customers make payments, fund growth and reduce admin. <strong>Join us!</strong></p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">The role</h3> <p>As an FP&amp;A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping commercial decisions across the business, partnering closely with leaders to turn insight into action.</p> <p>This is a hands‑on role where you’ll influence outcomes, support growth, and help teams understand the numbers behind their decisions.</p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">What you'll be doing</h3> <p><strong>Financial analysis and reporting</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Analyse departmental performance against targets and identify trends, risks and opportunities</li> <li>Prepare monthly management accounts and contribute to board reporting</li> <li>Deliver clear variance analysis with practical, commercial recommendations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Budgeting and forecasting</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Partner with leaders to build annual budgets and long‑term forecasts</li> <li>Track performance against plan and provide proactive guidance on cost and resourcing</li> <li>Continuously improve forecasting models and accuracy</li> <li>Work closely with Financial Control and Treasury through month end</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business partnering</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, supporting better decision‑making</li> <li>Provide financial insight across business initiatives, investments and ad‑hoc projects</li> <li>Monitor commercial performance and help stakeholders connect activity with outcomes</li> </ul> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">What you'll need to succeed</h3> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.</li> <li>Proven experience in working with department leaders or similar role.</li> <li>Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
