Elevate partner growth as a strategic Partner Development Representative. Engage in targeted outreach to identify ideal partners while nurturing leads to enhance the sales pipeline in a dynamic environment. This role focuses on partner recruitment and sourcing leads to drive ecosystem growth. You will research and engage VARs, ISVs, and advisory firms, qualifying prospects and setting quality meetings for account managers. Collaborating closely with internal teams is essential to ensure leads progress efficiently, boosting productivity and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target partners for recruitment
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify partner fit based on defined criteria
  • Maintain an organized partner prospecting pipeline
  • Nurture partner-registered leads with multi-touch outreach Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales development
  • Strong communication and outreach skills
  • Proven ability to meet activity goals
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools
