Water Extraction Team, LLC dba Property Solutions Team is an emergency restoration company and general contractor serving HOA and metro district clients. We handle everything from small maintenance issues to large-scale property damage and capital improvement projects.

We are hiring a Field Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to focus on relationship building and lead generation within the HOA and metro district industry.

This is a field-based role. It requires in-person visits, consistent follow-up, and strong organization. This is not a remote or digital marketing position.

Responsibilities

Field Outreach

• Visit HOA and property management offices regularly
• Deliver marketing materials, branded items, and client gifts
• Represent the company professionally in person

Lead Generation

• Identify and research target property management companies
• Conduct outreach via phone and email
• Schedule meetings, lunches, and site visits

Follow-Up and Relationship Management

• Maintain consistent communication with prospects
• Track all outreach and ensure follow-up is completed
• Support long-term relationship development

Organization and Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activity
• Manage schedules, outreach lists, and follow-ups
• Report on activity and results

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional and polished English required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and repeated follow-up
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with HOA, property management, or construction industries
• Experience using CRM systems

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $50,000 to $60,000
• Performance-based bonus tied to meetings and lead generation
• Mileage reimbursement or travel support
