Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pune Division. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing campaigns, social media creatives, presentations, and product-related visuals. Responsibilities include developing brand-aligned design concepts, creating logos and icons, selecting and applying appropriate typography, and maintaining consistent visual identity across platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate briefs into clear, engaging designs that support business goals. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, manage design iterations based on feedback, and stay updated on design trends relevant to PropTech and real estate.

Graphic Design

• Design creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, emailers, and advertisements.
• Create brochures, project presentations, flyers, standees, banners, hoardings, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop branding materials while ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Create engaging infographics, sales decks, and visual storytelling content.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and performance teams to develop campaign creatives that drive engagement and lead generation.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Create promotional videos, property walkthrough videos, reels, short-form content, and corporate videos.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Add music, sound effects, captions, and graphics to improve viewer engagement.
• Optimize video content for different platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
