Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js for backend
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with modern UI/UX practices
- Design and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work with databases such as MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO performance
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Ensure code quality, security, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
- Knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind
- Experience with backend development and API integration
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Understanding of database management systems
- Basic knowledge of deployment (AWS, Vercel, or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly development practices
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Headless CMS)
- Understanding of performance optimization and analytics tools
