Role Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation & Procurement Manager for a full-time role based in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes and ensuring effective on-ground implementation of CSR projects. This role requires strong vendor management, coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors, quotations, and procurement processes
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for timely delivery
• Oversee on-ground project implementation and field coordination
• Maintain documentation, invoices, and compliance records
• Ensure quality control, cost efficiency, and adherence to timelines
• Liaise with field teams and stakeholders for smooth execution
• Track procurement and implementation progress

Eligibility:

• Relevant Degree / MBA
• 1–3 years of experience in NGO / CSR / Procurement
• Experience or interest in vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
