Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst III to manage and maintain Finance Master Data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across key structures such as Chart of Accounts (COA), Financial Data Structures (FDS), and Harmonized Data Sets (HDS). The role involves supporting data governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive data quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate finance master data (create/update/deactivate) in line with global standards
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and compliance
- Support data integration, cleansing, and governance initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with data structures
- Review and approve updates to financial data structures and mappings
- Support month-end activities and reporting requirements
- Drive process improvements and support audits and compliance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in general accounting, reporting, or finance data management
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO; exposure to SAP MDG preferred
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP FICO implementations and finance data structures
- Exposure to financial control processes in manufacturing/commercial environments
- Familiarity with data automation and digital tools
