Looking to build some passive income? Project BNB’s commission program might be the perfect fit for you.
Who are we:
Project BNB is the leading full service short term rental (STR) vacation property management firm here in Toronto and we are looking to onboard additional clients.
Opportunity:
We are looking for real estate agents or individuals who can provide referrals who sign on and become our clients.
This is a 3% commission on total nightly revenue for the entire length of time the client stays with us. Be it a few months to years, you retain your commission.
This can translate to (Depending on the property, location, amenities) a commission range from $1080-$2520/ year/per property (conservative estimate).
No limits on the number of referrals.
No other hoops to jump through. No other fees
We handle everything regarding the entire STR experience for your clients and potential renters.
And the client stays your client.

Providing a STR option to your clients offers them a range of flexible opportunities in these challenging market conditions.
-Traditionally, STR provides a better return VS standard long term rentals (For your client as well as yourself with the ongoing 3%)
