Work Schedule

• First 90 days: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Ongoing shift rotation:
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (WFH eligible)
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 6 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for network, security, and cloud-related incidents
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues in real time
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure environments
• Manage and respond to security alerts using CrowdStrike
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar)
• Support enterprise security initiatives and incident response efforts
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Collaborate with NOC, Security, Systems, and Engineering teams
• Participate in on-call and scheduled shift rotations
• Document procedures, incidents, and configurations clearly and accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NOC, Network Engineering, or Security Operations
• Strong experience with network security, firewalls, and threat detection
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience using CrowdStrike or similar endpoint protection platforms
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching
• Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Security or networking certifications (CCNP, Azure, Security+, CISSP, etc.)
• Experience in a 24/7 or shift-based operations environment
• Background supporting enterprise or regulated environments
