On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Sourcing Specialist, Contract Negotiations - Corporate Real Estate for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

This role supports sourcing priorities for the Real Estate category in F26, focusing on corporate real estate projects. The Sourcing Specialist will drive contract negotiations with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and maximize value for the Bank.
Sourcing Specialist, Contract Negotiations - Corporate Real Estate - Responsibilities:
- Drive contract negotiations with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms, mitigating risks and maximizing value for the Bank.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and relationship management.
- Develop and implement category management strategies that align with the Bank's business objectives, ensuring optimal sourcing and procurement outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on sourcing initiatives and addressing concerns.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring agreements are commercially sound and aligned with the Bank's strategic goals.
- Develop relationships with business leaders to support enterprise objectives, influence key stakeholders, and lead sourcing and category strategies.
- Establish and develop ongoing strategic relationships with key suppliers, driving high-quality and cost-effective supply relationships.
- Directly lead and implement best practices in sourcing initiatives, tracking progress for multi-functional stakeholder teams.
Sourcing Specialist, Contract Negotiations - Corporate Real Estate - Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of experience negotiating high-value contracts with suppliers, ensuring agreements are commercially sound and aligned with strategic goals.
- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for sourcing initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing category management strategies, with a focus on driving cost savings and value creation.
- 5 years of experience with state-of-the-art procurement and analysis technologies.

- Ability to comprehend complex technical and financial issues and create effective action plans.
