Oracle Database Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Database Operations Lead with deep Oracle expertise to support a complex enterprise database environment spanning Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Amazon RDS Custom for Oracle, and regulated applications supporting clinical, manufacturing, and commercial operations. This is an onshore, client-facing position — the candidate must communicate clearly and confidently with technical teams and business stakeholders on database issues, incidents, and operational status.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle database administration experience in a production enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 12c/19c or later
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments
• Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and FDA cGMP compliance requirements for database systems
• Proven ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical client stakeholders — client interaction is a core part of this role
• Proficiency in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and ASM
• Solid understanding of backup/recovery strategies and high availability configurations
• Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning
