Customer Service Associate

As an Airport Retail & Utility Associate, youll be the friendly face and helping hand that travelers remember. Youll ensure our retail spaces are inviting, our shelves are stocked, and our facilities are clean and operational. What You'll Do

• Greet and assist passengers in retail areas, helping them find products and answering queries with warmth and professionalism.
• Operate POS systems to process sales quickly and accurately.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment.
