Reporting to the AVP, Human Resources, the Associate Director, Human Resources is responsible for bridging the gap between strategic HR initiatives and daily operational excellence across Privia's diverse, highly-skilled organization. This role will partner closely with leaders to design and execute people strategies that foster a high-performance culture, ensure compliance, and enhance the employee experience.
Primary Job Duties:
• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation and continuous optimization of HR workflows and standard operations procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency, ensure data integrity and drive scalability.
• Develop and deploy training materials and process maps to educate the organization standard protocols, driving adoption and procedural accuracy.
• Evaluate and maintain onboarding efficacy in conjunction with managers and appropriate internal team members to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into Privia.
• Leverage HRIS tools to centralize and automate the job-description lifecycle, ensuring accurate and accessible documentations for recruitment, performance management and legal compliance purposes.
• Lead and facilitate bespoke training for the organization and support internal Leadership Development Programs and monthly Manager's Forums
• Oversee Privia’s corporate benefit programs and provide empathetic and strategic, proactive leadership to associated direct reports and committees
• Support HR Business Partners in the annual performance management processes for the corporate team, including promotions, merit increases, market adjustments, and LTI grants
• Proactively collaborate with HR Business Partners, Engagement team, and managers to mobilize people in support of the achievement of business objectives, especially as it pertains to People Operations outcomes
• Provide support and guidance on business development initiatives, and other major organizational changes affecting the corporate entity
• Fully own the corporate employee policy guide, from meeting with ERG leaders to presenting to leaders and ensuring employee acknowledgment
• Conduct end to end internal investigations while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Draft investigative reports that document scope, methodology, findings and recommended disciplinary or medial actions
• Facilitate the delivery of feedback and coaching to managers and leaders following investigations
• Serve as HR compliance liaison to ensure employee issues, policy questions, and all other employee compliance concerns are handled thoughtfully
• Establish and oversee HR analytics framework, maintaining dashboards and tracking mechanism to monitor KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• HR Certification - SPHR strongly preferred
• 7+ years of HR experience, including experience in compensation, employee relations, and benefit program management
• 2+ years of experience in salary benchmarking and internal equity auditing
• Compelling presentation skills required, with the ability to gain buy-in from all levels
• Familiarity with learning and talent development, HR Compliance, and HR administration trends
• Strong financial acumen and keen desire to understand the inner-workings of a business
• Able to create and maintain complex HR metric tracking programs, ideally with the assistance of augmented intelligence tools like Google Gemini
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills are essential
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
