PRISM Inc. is Looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Data Analyst to bridge the gap between raw workforce data and strategic decision-making. In this role, you won't just move numbers; you'll curate and consolidate complex datasets into high-impact reports that shape the future of our civilian workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Storytelling & Reporting: Query and organize large datasets to produce metrics on workforce trends and behaviors. Package these insights into professional briefings for internal leadership and external government bodies.
Dashboard Development: Maintain and evolve our suite of data visualizations. You will build and optimize dashboards primarily using Power BI, Excel, and Qlik.
Workforce Modeling: Develop sophisticated Excel models to analyze staffing trends, attrition rates, and resource allocation to predict future needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical data and human capital needs. You'll work with key stakeholders on data access, familiarization, and the status of critical civilian workforce initiatives.
Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation on large datasets to ensure 100% accuracy in all reporting.
Platform Integration: Utilize enterprise tools like ADVANA to streamline data requests and organizational reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (SKILLS/EDUCATION):
At least 3 years in data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Expert-level Excel (complex formulas, modeling, large dataset manipulation).
Proficiency in Power BI for visualization.
Foundational skills in SQL and Python for data manipulation.
Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) environment; specific experience with civilian workforce data is a major plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the "executive presence" required to present to senior leaders. You must be able to adjudicate client feedback efficiently and leverage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to solve complex problems.
