Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations of the company. The candidate should be capable of handling accounting records, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Manage GST filings and tax compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor expenses and budget tracking
• Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in small or medium-sized companies
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Salary:

₹7000 -₹10000 per month (based on experience and skills)
