Receptionist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a key role in setting the tone for a calming and professional experience, from the moment clients walk in to the time they leave. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage client check-ins and check-outs
• Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Answer questions about IV treatments, services, and spa protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist with administrative tasks and inventory support as needed
• Coordinate with nurses and wellness staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (spa, wellness, or medical setting preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with scheduling software and basic POS systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a calm and efficient manner
• Interest in wellness, hydration therapy, or holistic health is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
