Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and assist with billing, account updates, and portal access.

- Provide professional, accurate customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with Care, Billing, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet performance expectations, including quality, average handle time, and service level agreements.
- Document and share customer insights to support process improvement and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of call center or customer service experience required.
- Experience supporting energy or utility-related accounts preferred.
- Familiarity with ERCOT or other energy markets preferred.
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Experience navigating multiple platforms simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
- Strong experience with payment processing, billing systems, and account servicing.
