In this role, you’ll support lead client partners and sector leaders to run disciplined account management practices, support high-quality proposal development, and help ensure our client teams operate with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our Account Management team within the Sales Enablement group in Energy, Utilities, Resources, Industrials & Services (EURIS). You’ll work closely with Lead Client Partners and go-to-market teams to support Priority Accounts in the Power & Utilities sector—helping to shape account plans, maintain clean and actionable pipelines, and improve pursuit execution through disciplined use of Salesforce and standard tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed professional services environment and brings a high bar for quality, organization, and detail. - Embed established account management disciplines into daily practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness across teams and client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with Lead Client Partners and account teams to both cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as well as foster connections across internal functions.
- Assist in pursuit efforts aimed at achieving the Annual Sales Target Plan, including supporting key business development initiatives and preparing proposal responses for potential clients.
- Leverage targeted marketing campaigns to drive market outreach and enhance the visibility of the firm’s services within the Power & Utilities sector.
- Provide ongoing support to Lead Partners and account teams by assisting with assigned clients and participating in the development and execution of account growth strategies.
- Enable account teams to strengthen client relationships, improve pipeline management, and drive execution through the use of disciplined processes and tools such as Salesforce.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between go-to-market teams and industry leadership to support portfolio growth within the Priority Accounts program.
- Contribute to sustainable growth by helping account teams work more effectively, supporting consistent practices, and driving success in key strategic initiatives for the firm.
What You'll Bring:

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in recruiting is just getting started, so we know you have questions about how and why we use it. At certain points during our recruiting process, we rely on AI to improve your experience. This could be during resume review or curating personalized job recommendations, asking you clarifying questions via a chatbot or during our interview scheduling to improve your experience. Our use of AI helps ensure we combat bias by evaluating candidates equally and fairly, without seeing identity information, such as your name, or gender for example). AI also helps us better predict successful hires by reviewing all applicants for a role and the relationship between your skills, experience and likely success at PwC Canada. While AI supports parts of our recruitment process, final hiring decisions always involve human review. For more information about our use and protection of your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/privacy-policy.html).
