The Endpoint Administrator – Intune is responsible for the deployment, governance, security, and lifecycle management of corporate endpoints using Microsoft Intune.

This role manages Windows Autopilot provisioning, application deployment, update governance, policy enforcement, device compliance, and endpoint security configuration. The position ensures corporate devices are deployed and maintained consistently, securely, and in alignment with business and cybersecurity objectives.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint management
  • Design, manage, and support Windows Autopilot provisioning
  • Deploy and maintain applications through Intune and the Microsoft Store
  • Define and enforce configuration profiles, security baselines, and compliance policies
  • Manage Windows feature and quality update strategies
  • Monitor device compliance, health, and deployment outcomes, and remediate failures or configuration drift
  • Produce operational reporting and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to continuously improve endpoint management capabilities

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • 4+ years managing Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Experience with Entra ID device management and hybrid Active Directory environments
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 Apps deployments and update channels
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Windows endpoint lifecycle management and nowledge of Microsoft security baselines and Zero Trust principles
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and update issues
  • Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to document processes and enforce standards
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft certifications in Endpoint Management, Security, or Microsoft 365 are considered an asset
