Responsibilities

• Perform as a variety of superhero characters during live shows, meet-and-greets, and special events to entertain and engage audiences.
• Actively interact with guests, children, and families to create memorable moments through storytelling, posing for photos, and participating in themed activities.
• Use expressive body language, dance skills, and theatrical techniques to bring characters to life with energy and authenticity.
• Maintain character integrity by adhering to costume guidelines and performance standards at all times.
• Collaborate with event staff and team members to ensure smooth operations during performances and activities.
• Assist in setting up themed environments or props that enhance the overall guest experience.
• Promote safety by monitoring audience reactions and ensuring interactions are respectful and appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dancing, theater, or performance arts with a strong ability to entertain diverse audiences.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills to connect effectively with guests of all ages.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with children, understanding their needs and creating positive interactions.
• Strong physical stamina for active performances involving movement, dancing, or costume wear.
• Passion for teaching or storytelling with an enthusiastic attitude that inspires excitement.
• Ability to follow costume guidelines meticulously while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts.
